Hello friends, my name is Gulp! 

The Paleo diet comes from the time when caveman Munch lived. Paleo name comes from the name Paleolithic era; starting from about 2.6 million years ago.

So let's have a look at what Munch eats. The main point  with eating Paleo is to have a balanced diet of meats, quality fats and lots of fibrous vegetables.
 

And Munch definitely didn't eat gluten, lactose, grains, sugar or processed foods.

Yes! You are right Gulp and Chomp! The Paleo  diet is what we have been genetically designed to eat.

Paleo diet is all about balance. When you take the best from our ancestors diet and mix it with the best of our 21st century, you are on the right path.

Paleo has helped a lot of people with a lot of problems. The list is long. But to tell you a few main benefits; It's known to have cured a lot of stomach problems, like IBD.
It gives you a more stable blood sugar, burns well stored fat, reduces allergies, balances your energy, helps with inflammations, helps with skin problems, improves your sleep and gives you more efficient workouts.

Just remember, Paleo is not a diet to try and lose weight. Paleo is a lifelong lifestyle.

And once you begin to experience real changes on your way, you will never look back.
